"The next step is always possible."
Faith-based leadership author and speaker helping leaders navigate change - whether it's done to you, with you, or by you.
"The next step is always possible. Even when you can't see the whole path. Especially then."
Lindsay Lewis is a senior nonprofit executive, certified fundraising professional, and John Maxwell Team certified speaker and coach. She serves as Senior Vice President of Programs, Evaluation, and Membership at the YMCA of Greater Houston.
Her faith-based leadership memoir, Take Your Next Step, was born from the floors she's been on - literally and figuratively - and the God who met her there every time. She writes and speaks with honesty, warmth, and the conviction that your next step is always possible.
Lindsay holds a master's degree in Organizational Leadership and has completed the Rice University Fund Development Certificate Program. She lives in the Houston area with her husband Aaron and son Bradley.
"This book was not written from a place of having it all figured out. It was written from a place of having been on the floor - and finding a way to get back up every single time."
A Proven Framework for Navigating Change
Change is inevitable. How you navigate it is not. Whether change is done to you, with you, or by you - there is a rhythm that can carry you through every season.
Take Your Next Step is a faith-based leadership memoir built around a four-part framework that Lindsay has lived, led by, and watched transform others. It is honest, practical, and grounded in the belief that God meets us on the floor - and gets back up with us.
Lindsay brings the framework to life from the stage - with honesty, energy, and the kind of leadership insight that only comes from having been on the floor yourself. She speaks to corporate teams, nonprofit leaders, faith communities, and women's events.
The signature keynote based on the book. Walk your audience through the Pray - Prepare - Progress - Praise framework with real stories and practical application.
Built for leaders navigating organizational disruption. Learn to distinguish the three kinds of change and what each one requires of you as the person at the front.
None of us were made to do this alone. This session helps leaders intentionally build the people around them - because who you have in your corner changes everything.
